WRDA believes that education is a key factor in addressing the marginalisation of women. During the past five years, we have provided training to over 6,000 participants in community groups and organisations across Northern Ireland, enabling and supporting women’s empowerment. Training is delivered by our Community Facilitators – local women who have completed our award winning Level 3 Facilitation Programme.

Additionally, we work alongside many other women’s organisations and centres that offer training and support. Through the Live and Learn Project, we provide over 3,000 training places for women on both accredited and non-accredited courses each year.
