The Grow, Lead, Change course was a pilot project funded by Belfast City Council to deliver training which would increase the confidence and leadership skills of women in the city and empower them to set goals for themselves and campaign for positive change in their communities. The pilot was intended to reach 16 women but there was substantial interest in the course and 18 women were enrolled.
